MQX RTOS License Types

As described below, the MQX RTOS can be licensed for use on ARC processors in one of two ways - using our standard private commercial fee-based licensing terms or via a new no-cost, ARC Community Source License (ACSL) where licensees provide back their modifications and configurations of the MQX RTOS to ARC as part of the ACSL terms.
