PEG (Portable Embedded GUI) from Swell is a windowing system including a GUI Toolkit for embedded systems. PEG enables customers to write advanced applications with window capabilities and a customized look and feel. The PEG library and development tool set is designed specifically for embedded systems providing the small footprint, high performance, and event-driven programming models. PEG provides a full GUI toolkit, supports messaging, memory management, and synchronization services, and has low overhead. Swell’s GUI products have been integrated with ARC’s MQX products on the ARCangel 4 development platform.
